Nashef Designs uKERF Jeweler’s Saw Blade Organizer & Dispenser

The uKERF™ Jeweler’s Saw Blade Organizer & Dispenser is a customizable storage solution designed to keep your most-used jeweler’s saw blades organized, protected, and easy to access at the bench. Built for efficiency, this organizer features 8 large unlabeled compartments, allowing you to customize the layout based on the blade sizes you use most often.

Included are 16 pre-printed ultra-duty labels ranging from #8/0 through #8, giving you the flexibility to assign any blade size to any compartment. Simply apply the labels where needed to create a personalized system that matches your workflow. The labels provide helpful information including blade size, thickness in millimeters, suggested gauge range, and recommended drill size reference.

An additional compartment is labeled for “Wax Blades or Mixed Blades,” perfect for loose or unidentified blades. If preferred, this section can also be relabeled to suit your setup. The final compartment acts as a closing section, helping keep all blades secure and protected during storage or transport.

A side viewing window allows you to quickly check whether blades are inside each compartment without opening the organizer. Designed for industry-standard jeweler’s saw blades, the uKERF™ accommodates blades measuring 130mm (5-1/8") and can also hold longer blades up to 140mm (5-1/2").
