A&A Jewelry Supply ships orders using FedEx and UPS. During checkout, you may select from the available shipping services based on your location and delivery requirements. We will ship your order using the carrier and service level you select whenever possible.

In certain cases, due to the size, weight, or nature of the items ordered, your shipment may need to be sent via a freight carrier instead of a standard parcel service. If this is necessary, we will contact you before your order ships.

Shipping Service Disclaimer

While we are committed to shipping your order using the service level you select at checkout, FedEx and UPS no longer provide money-back guarantees on most shipping services. As a result, A&A Jewelry Supply cannot guarantee carrier transit times or issue refunds for shipping charges if a package is delayed after it has been accepted by the carrier.

Our responsibility is to process and ship your order using the shipping method you selected. Once your package has been picked up by FedEx, UPS, or another carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations, weather conditions, service disruptions, and other factors outside of our control.

The published transit times provided by FedEx and UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times depend on the destination ZIP code, weather conditions, carrier operations, and other factors.

Signature Requirements

For security purposes, shipments sent to residential addresses may require a signature upon delivery. Signature requirements are determined by the carrier and/or the value of the shipment.

Freight Shipments

Some products cannot be shipped via standard parcel services due to their size or weight and must be shipped by freight carrier. These orders are generally prepared and shipped on the next business day. We will notify you if a freight shipment is required and provide any additional shipping details before the order is dispatched.

International Shipments

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping charges paid to A&A Jewelry Supply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. A&A Jewelry Supply has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or collect them in advance. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
