Legor® Y144W Yellow Alloy

Developed over 40 years ago, this popular yell alloy is especiall suitable for casting. of gold in 10K, 14K an 18K. It has a higher silver content than most alloys on the market (Over 15%).

• Malleable Specially suitable for drawing, rlling and forming
• Tarnish Resistant Due to lower silver content
• Color Shade: Rich Yellow in 10K and Rich Yellow in 14K
• Hardness Scale: 100 in 10K 120 in 14K
• Grain Refiner- Hig- creating more nucleation sites, which limits the growth of large grains, which in turn improves the alloy's mechanical properties like strength and hardness, as well as its resistance to defects and improves its castability.
