The T-Star thin mounted wheels are designed for efficient pre-polishing (brown) or final high-gloss polishing (green) on precious metals and jewelry components. Made with high-quality silicon carbide abrasive in a specially formulated rubberized bond, these wheels wear more gradually than traditional silicone-bonded abrasives, offering longer life and a smoother, more controlled finish.
The brown wheels are ideal for removing light scratches and creating a uniform surface before final polishing. The green wheels are formulated for the last step, producing a bright, high-gloss finish. Their thin profile allows easy access to tight areas, edges, and intricate details, making them a versatile option for bench jewelers.
Each mounted wheel is Swiss-made and fitted with a standard 3/32" shank for use with flex shafts, micromotors, and rotary handpieces.
